Basic information of Corn Harvester
Oct 02, 2023
The corn harvester is an agricultural tool that uses machinery to complete multiple operations such as picking, stacking, and returning the stalk to the field at a time when the corn is mature.
Process flow: Use a corn harvester to pick ears in the growing state of corn (referred to as standing stalk picking). Under the action of the ear picking roller and the ear picking plate, the ear stalk is pulled off. Due to the difference in height between the inner and outer picking rollers, the ears fall into the ear box, and the ears are filled and unpacked and piled. The high-speed rotating cutter cuts the straw from the root and enters the crushing mechanism to be shredded into 3-5cm-long pieces. After being chopped, the straw naturally falls to the ground. Then the fruit ears are transported to the field, peeled with a peeling machine, and threshed after drying.
