Dec 16, 2025
The rotary tiller is one of the commonly used agricultural tools. This machine realizes the convenience and advanced nature of agricultural operations. So how much do you know about the safe operation of a rotary tiller?
1. Do not let the blade be brought into the dirt or soil before starting work.
2. Rotation is not allowed during the operation, but first the rotary tiller must rise slowly. When lifting the field, the speed must be slowed down. It is not allowed to rise too high, and the transmission direction angle should not exceed 30°.
3. In order to make the machine work flexibly and remove weeds and debris on the rotary tiller, in addition to tightening and replacing the coulter, the power to the rotary tiller should be cut off before the engine shuts down.
4. When the tractor turns on the ground, the support frame should be propped up, and when the blade is digging, the steering clutch should be disengaged.
5. When switching fields or fields, cut off the power supply and raise the rotary tiller to the highest position. When a walking tractor is crossing fields, the driver is not allowed to sit on the seat to avoid accidents.
