Use C3 grade high precision and high strength ball screw. use of high-precision lock nuts and pre-stretched ball screw greatly increase transmission rigidity and eliminate effect of thermal deformation during movement, thus ensuring the positioning accuracy and repeat positioning accuracy of the machine tool.
4. threading spindle feed adopts a heavy-duty linear slide support design. The linear slide is widened and enlarged. roller heavy-duty linear guide can meet customer’s requirements for fast speed and high precision, and it can also cut strongly. At the same time, it also increases the service life of machine tool guide rail.
5. opening and closing of the machine head is controlled by the cylinder, clamping and loosening of the pipeline is controlled by cylinder, and fixture has a self-centering function.
6. machine tool is equipped with a sealed protective cover, which effectively protects guide rail and lead screw and prolongs its service life.
7. whole frame can be automatically raised and lowered to meet the processing of different pipe diameters.
8. Lubrication system: guide rail is lubricated with a volume distributor with oil filling, and oil needed by the guide rail is supplied regularly and quantitatively to reduce the waste of lubricant and avoid environmental pollution.
