If you can produce the extrusion by our design or samples?
A. More than 50% of our products are produced based on the drawings or samples provided by the customers.
How do I apply the metal domes to my PCB, membrane, or flex circuit?
A. Our metal domes are applied by means of pressure-sensitive adhesive tape. Several standard material options are available, as well as custom materials. See our Dome Arraysfor more information.
Can the metal domes be soldered to a circuit board?
A. Not recommended. When the domes are pushed, the feet actually move outward slightly. When soldered to a circuit board, the feet of the domes are restricted from their natural movement. This restriction can negatively affect the tactile response of the domes, and in some cases, cause irreparable damage to the domes.
Do you have local distributors in our area?
A. We do not use distributors. We see no reason why you should have to deal with a middle-man when you can buy directly from the manufacturing source. We ship worldwide every day, by any shipping method you prefer. Contact us to know more.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
A. The minimum order quantity is whole pcs / style requirement. The minimum order quantity as 1000kg for each style, not include delivery cost, tax and VAT. This is not for sample order.
Packaging & Shipping
We offer a wide variety of packaging options to suit your particular application. We always use the most cost-effective solution to contain and protect your product in transit.
Standard pallet packing method:
A. The profiles are stack and pack into a carton first.
B. 25of these cartons are then stack 5 layers high on to a pallet and fixed with wooden frame
C. 2 pallets will stack up and load into the container.
D. Numbers of pallet can be load will depend on size of container and the type of profile.
Most of the packaging material used at Yongchang Aluminum is completely recyclable, such as corrugated/cardboard boxes and divider strips, plastic strapping and trays, paper interleaving material, plastic End Caps.
